Who we are:

Did you know that over one billion LEGO® bricks are already produced, and over a hundred million are added annually? They are super durable and can be played with again and again. However, to reuse them meaningfully, one needs to sort them out carefully. But manual sorting is just too tedious. That‘s why most of us buy new LEGO® sets while old bricks gather dust in closets.

We’re a Lithuania-based pre-product startup on a mission to breathe new life into billions of used toy building bricks! We’re developing cutting-edge AI and robotics technology to enable reusing old LEGO® bricks in a fun, affordable, and sustainable way. We are finalizing the prototype and plan to release our MVP in Q3 2024. Also, we’ve already built a waiting list of over 3500 enthusiastic early supporters from the US, UK, Germany, France, and the Netherlands, and it‘s growing.

About the Role:

We want you to become the brain and heart behind our brand and product. We want you to take the lead on all things marketing, brand awareness, audience building, and pre-launch excitement. You’ll wear many hats, crafting compelling content, engaging with our audience, and driving product introduction and growth through strategic campaigns.

You will have a high degree of responsibility and independence while moving mountains shoulder-to-shoulder with our founding team members and stellar advisors. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build and execute a marketing strategy from scratch and make a real impact in a rapidly growing industry of recommerce and second-hand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand: Build a compelling brand story and craft brand assets that resonate with our target audience (think eco-conscious parents, nostalgic adults, and creative minds of all ages).

  • Product: Define the product’s unique value proposition, target the ideal customer personas, and run effective marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, pre-orders, and future sales.

  • Audience: Engage with our early supporters to build a strong community and convert their enthusiasm into product development insights, attractive content, and word-of-mouth-fueled growth.

  • Content: Develop a content marketing strategy across various channels (think social media, blog posts, email marketing) and fill them with meaningful and attractive content.


  • B2C Product Marketing Experience (3-5 years): Proven track record of success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for consumer products.

  • Content Marketing Prowess: Experience creating compelling content (blog posts, social media content, email marketing) across various channels.

  • Community Relations: Experience in building communities and engaging with them on social media and beyond.

  • Knowledge of marketing automation: Successfully applying digital tools from data analytics and omnichannel marketing to generative AI.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to craft compelling messaging and collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to design, track, and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure success and optimize campaigns.
